Free European Youth e.V. held its Annual General Meeting 2025, bringing together members and supporters to reflect on the organization’s progress, discuss key developments, and make important decisions for the year ahead.
Reviewing the Achievements of 2025
The meeting provided an opportunity to look back on the organization’s activities and achievements throughout 2025. Members reviewed completed and ongoing projects, international partnerships, youth participation activities, dissemination efforts, and the organization’s continued work in the fields of social inclusion, sustainability, digital skills, and non-formal education.
The year was marked by stronger cooperation with partner organizations, increased involvement of young people, and the development of new educational and digital initiatives. Participants also discussed lessons learned during project implementation and identified areas where the organization can further improve its impact and internal coordination.
Updated Statute Approved
One of the main decisions of the meeting was the approval of the organization’s updated statute. The revised document reflects the current structure, priorities, and operational needs of Free European Youth e.V. while supporting clearer governance and more effective organizational development.
The updated statute will help ensure that the organization remains transparent, accountable, and well prepared for future growth. Members discussed the proposed changes in detail before formally approving them.
Board Members Elected for the Coming Year
The Annual General Meeting also included the election of board members for the coming year. The newly elected board will be responsible for guiding the organization’s strategic direction, supporting project development, overseeing administrative responsibilities, and strengthening cooperation with members, partners, and stakeholders.
The organization expressed its appreciation to all outgoing and continuing board members for their commitment, voluntary work, and contribution to the development of Free European Youth e.V.

Following the decisions taken at the meeting, Free European Youth e.V. enters the new year with renewed goals and a clear organizational framework. The coming period will focus on expanding youth opportunities, developing high-quality international projects, strengthening sustainability, and increasing the long-term impact of the organization’s work.
