Free European Youth e.V. is preparing a new Erasmus+ mobility project focused on digital skills and youth employability. We are now inviting experienced and motivated partner organisations from at least three European Union countries to join the project consortium.

Project Focus

The proposed project will explore how digital competences can strengthen young people’s access to education, employment, entrepreneurship, and active participation in society. Through mobility activities and non-formal learning methods, participants will have the opportunity to improve practical digital skills while developing confidence, teamwork, communication, and career readiness.

The project is expected to bring together young people, youth workers, trainers, and partner organisations from different national and cultural backgrounds. Planned activities may include workshops, peer-learning sessions, practical digital exercises, intercultural activities, and the exchange of tools that can support young people in navigating an increasingly digital labour market.

Who We Are Looking For

We welcome expressions of interest from non-governmental organisations, youth organisations, educational institutions, training providers, social enterprises, municipalities, and other eligible organisations working with young people.

  • Experience in youth work, education, employability, or digital learning
  • Capacity to recruit and support participants
  • Commitment to active project development and implementation
  • Interest in dissemination, sustainability, and long-term cooperation
  • Ability to communicate and coordinate in English

Expected Partner Contribution

Selected partners will be involved in shaping the project concept, identifying participant needs, contributing to activity design, and supporting the application process. During implementation, partners will also assist with participant preparation, local communication, dissemination, evaluation, and follow-up activities.

We are particularly interested in organisations that can bring practical expertise, innovative methods, strong local networks, and a genuine commitment to creating inclusive opportunities for young people with fewer opportunities.

How to Express Interest

Organisations interested in joining the consortium should send a short profile describing their experience, target groups, relevant projects, and potential contribution to the initiative. Please also include the name and contact details of the responsible person.

The deadline for expressions of interest is 30 June 2026. Early contact is encouraged so that potential partners can take an active role in the development of the project proposal.

“We aim to build a strong European partnership that equips young people with the digital competences and employability skills they need for the future.”
