What is Free European Youth Portal?
The new portal has been designed to simplify the coordination of youth projects by bringing key administrative processes into one secure digital space. Through the platform, project teams can manage participants, collect travel documents, track missing files, send upload links, review submitted documents, and prepare project reporting materials more easily. The portal also supports partner consortium management, allowing project partners and contact persons to be organized in a structured way. It helps improve communication with partner organizations and makes it easier to share important project updates, dissemination requests, and document upload links. Another important feature of the system is its support for dissemination and final reporting. Participants and partners can submit relevant dissemination materials through dedicated upload links, while project teams can monitor submissions and keep final report preparation more organized. With this new digital tool, Free European Youth e.V. aims to reduce administrative workload, improve document tracking, and strengthen coordination between participants, partners, and project teams. The launch of the portal marks an important step in the organization’s ongoing digital development and commitment to more professional, accessible, and efficient project implementation.
